Delivery
Orders will ship within 2-3 bussiness days, unless a later ship date is noted for a partucular item.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
Shipping
Our standard shipping method within the United States is UPS Ground.
At this time, we do not accept orders outside of the United States and Canada.
Sales Tax
A 9.5% sales tax will be added for all orders shipped to California addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of your item delivery.
Merchandise must be in perfect conditon, with original packaging and tags.
For returns & exchanges you must first contact us by emailing us at info@firstwishstar.com for instructions for return.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to info@firstwishstar.com.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted, and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
